The lighting retrofit you installed in our warehouse has improved the quality and level of light. The results were immediately seen. The energy-efficient fluorescent high bay fixtures you installed in 400,000 square feet of warehouse have prompted many positive comments from my staff. They stated that the light level is noticeably brighter. The buzzing noise from the old system is gone.
With the reduced wattage per fixture and occupancy sensors, the electrical savings is significant. It is good to see the lower electrical bill every month while having better light.

Prior to the lighting retrofit the lighting in our building was a mess! Employees and tenants often complained about their lights flickering or burned out. Others were concerned about the quality of the light. The building had a variety of different lamps and bulbs, which was cumbersome to manage.
Heritage Electric analyzed our building, made recommendations, and installed some samples for everyone to see and evaluate. The lighting in the common areas and offices is now much improved. The project was completed with zero complaints. I’ve heard nothing but compliments and positive feedback about the improved lighting in the halls and offices.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) were installed on the ventilation motors a few weeks after the lighting retrofit.
